Barmy owner Eve Lodge will get the opportunity to meet one of the UK’s most successful businessmen in Birmingham next month.
Eve, 17, is excited to be attending the #SBS 2016 event at the ICC in Birmingham on Friday, February 12.
Eve (pictured below pitching her Barmy business) became a #SBS winner (the Twitter competition run by Mr Paphitis) in April 2015 and has been invited to the annual winners event, which runs all day (from 9.30am until 6pm) and will feature special guests as well as Mr Paphitis.
Said Eve: “I was absolutely thrilled to be chosen as a SBS winner by Mr Paphitis. It felt like a reward for all the hard work.
“I’m 17 and may have the exuberance of youth, but I believe passionately in my business – and the future of Barmy – and that passion and determination, together with a solid business plan, will hopefully take me where I want to go.
“It will great to meet my fellow SBS winners face to face – the vast majority of them for the first time – and to also listen and meet Theo Paphitis.
“There are also some special guests, including Holly Tucker, who founded notonthehighstreet.com with Sophie Cornish in 2006, and it will be fantastic to listen to her story, pick up tips and hopefully get the chance to chat to her as well.”
