Clare makes sure home village of Cawthorne goes ‘Barmy Bunting’ for Tour de Yorkshire

April 30, 2015

Thanks to local businesswoman Clare Bottomley, who together with her daughter Holly runs successful Barnsley boutique Moo Designs, Cawthorne is going ‘Barmy’ for bunting – and the Tour de Yorkshire!

Clare is making sure her home village celebrates the Tour de Yorkshire’s passage through in style, by putting up her ‘Barmy bunting’ to mark the occasion!

Last year Clare (pictured below with her daughter Holly) bought some bunting from us, to put up outside the Moo Designs shop next to the Civic Theatre in Barnsley, as the Tour de France Grand Depart hit town.

Moo had sent out the message ‘Vandals, on your bike’ – after the Barnsley shop adopted a  positive outlook over an attempted break-in – and also got right into the spirit of the Grand Depart!

And now Clare has gone ‘Barmy’ again, putting up the bunting she purchased from our owner Eve outside her house, together with a yellow bike (see pictures below), to help get Cawthorne into the party spirit as the Tour de Yorkshire gets set to ride past on Sunday.
